Our prices do not fluctuate with the seasons, nor do we increase the costs just because it's the school holidays or Christmas. As a family ourselves, we understand how difficult it can be coping with high travel and accommodation costs.

All bookings Saturday - Saturday.

Arrivals after 2pm.

The property must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. 

Weekly - £550 for up to 8 persons, including sales tax. Additional persons (maximum 2 ) £50 each per week.

Deposit - £200 + insurance deposit required to confirm booking

10% Discount for bookings of 3 + consecutive weeks 

Compulsory Insurance cover £35 per booking

Pool heated £50 per week
